This privacy policy applies to the [Fit Monster brand's smart fitness products and fitness trackers] (hereinafter referred to as "the Products") and their accompanying mobile applications (APP) and cloud services (collectively referred to as "the Services"). It covers matters related to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information during your use of the Services.

This policy does not apply to products or services provided by third parties. Third-party products/services have their own privacy policies, and our company assumes no responsibility for them.

2. Information Collection and Use


2.1 Information Provided Voluntarily

When registering and using the Services, you may voluntarily provide the following information:

- Basic personal information: name, gender, age, contact information, ID number (if real-name authentication is required);

- Device information: tracker device number, mobile phone model, operating system version, IP address;

- Health-related settings: height, weight, exercise goals, health preferences, etc.


2.2 Automatically Collected Information

To provide core health services, the Products will automatically collect the following physical data (all stored in anonymized/device-identified form):

- Exercise data: number of walking steps, running steps, calorie consumption, exercise duration;

- Physiological data: heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body temperature, sleep duration and quality;

- Usage behavior data: device connection duration, APP operation records, data upload/query frequency.


2.3 Purposes of Information Use

Collected information will only be used for the following purposes and will not be used for other purposes without your authorization:

- Providing and optimizing health data tracking, analysis, report generation and energy index prediction services;

- Ensuring service security, identifying and preventing device abnormalities and fraudulent behaviors;

- Sending you personalized health recommendations (push notifications can be turned off in the APP);

- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements and cooperating with regulatory authorities' investigations.


3. Data Storage and Protection


3.1 Storage Methods and Period

Your health data is stored on cloud servers that meet national standards. The storage period is during your use of the Services + 180 days after account cancellation (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations); after this period, data will be anonymized (no longer associated with individuals/devices).


3.2 Security Protection Measures

Our company adopts encrypted transmission (HTTPS), data desensitization, access permission control and other technical and management measures to prevent data leakage, tampering and loss. However, 100% security cannot be guaranteed for internet transmission and storage, and we do not promise absolute data security.


4. Information Disclosure

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party except in the following circumstances:

- Obtaining your explicit written authorization;

- Complying with laws and regulations, court judgments/orders or mandatory requirements of administrative authorities;

- Disclosing in emergency situations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of our company, users or the public;

- Disclosing to affiliated companies (only for jointly providing services), and affiliated companies must comply with the same privacy protection requirements.


5. Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights through the "Settings - Privacy Management" module in the Product's APP:

- Query and download your health data;

- Correct erroneous personal/health information;

- Apply to cancel your account and delete all personal data;

- Turn off non-essential data collection functions (some services may not be available after turning off).


6. Protection of Minors

The Services are mainly intended for adults. If minors use the Services, they must register and use them under the supervision of a guardian. Guardians may contact us to review or delete relevant data of minors.


7. Policy Changes

Our company may adjust this policy according to business development and changes in laws and regulations. After changes, we will notify you through APP pop-ups, official website announcements, etc. Continuing to use the Services will be deemed as consent to the revised policy.
